At present, there is a serious problem of bird damage along the XRL. While the rapid development and extensive operation of HSR bring convenience, the problem of bird damage along the line is also becoming more and more prominent. Birds often like to build nests on the contact network framework of HSR, and in cloudy and rainy weather, the fall of nesting materials can easily lead to line tripping and make the running high-speed trains suddenly cut off the power and stop, which seriously affects the transportation efficiency and travelling experience of the passengers. The falling of nesting materials in rainy weather will easily lead to tripping of the line and sudden power failure and stopping of the running high-speed train set, which seriously affects the transportation efficiency and travel experience of passengers. Based on this, our company launches the special bird repellent fan for railroad, to lift the nesting problem of birds in the contact network.
This system is mainly applied to the single-pole isolation switch of electrified railroad contact network, including hardware system such as distribution box, controller, actuator and software control system.
Working Principle
Adopting 220V from the control position of the isolation switch, through the lightning protection device, the 220V AC power becomes 24V DC power. The 24V DC motor drives the fan through the controller to drive away the birds so that they can't build nests on top of the isolation switch. It supports cell phone remote control and PC remote control. The remote control includes motor forward and reverse, timing forward and reverse, anti-blocking and reverse, fault transmission, and two-way data transmission.
